I know it’s a cliché to say yoga saved my life — but it truly did.

I discovered yoga at a time when my mental health was at its lowest; what began as a spark of curiosity became nothing short of life-changing. Over time, my practice gently lifted layers of sadness and grief, reconnected me to my body and breath, and helped me rediscover a sense of joy I thought I’d lost.

Fast forward four years, and I’m now honoured to stand on the other side of the mat as a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. My mission is simple yet deeply personal: to share the tools and teachings that supported my own healing, so that others too might find the same sense of peace, strength and self-connection.

My classes blend everything I love — movement, music, breathwork, strength and a playful spirit. They’re designed to help you feel better from the inside out: physically, mentally and emotionally. We move with intention, honouring curiosity and growth while always respecting our own pace and needs.

Rooted in yogic philosophy, my teaching weaves ancient wisdom into modern life, helping us connect to something deeper than just the physical poses.

You can expect soulful playlists, creative and fun flows, hands-on adjustments, and extra-long savasanas — all held within a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Because for me, yoga isn’t about perfect poses; it’s about coming home to yourself — and finding joy in that journey.
