I strive to practice and teach from a place of self-enquiry and creativity.  Joyous, body-positive, mindful movement and breath awareness is the cornerstone of my yoga practice, and this is what I offer in my teaching.  

I trained for four years with the British Wheel of Yoga many moons ago, and most recently Breathworks Mindfulness and as a Womens Circle Facilitator.  For the past 15 years I have been lucky enough to share this wonderous practice with hundreds of people, through my own groups, workshops, private classes, Women Centres, prisons, corporate events, and schools.

You’ll find me teaching at Sass:

  • Mondays, 9:30-10:30 Monday Morning Movement (every other Monday sharing with Kate)

  • Wednesdays, 9.45-11am - Embodied Yoga
